 There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I started serving the Hampton Roads and Virginia Peninsula with buying and selling of real estate in 1994. I was presently active in military, helping my fellow soldiers and their families buy and sell their houses when they were being relocated to new areas in the military. When they need to relocate I would do a referral for them to their new duty area. I retired from the military in 1999, and continued to serve my fellow soldiers and family. I have sinced taken on a new family, the families of Hampton Roads and Virginia Peninsula. So, I am very aware of the task at hand.
I enjoyed serving my country. Now, I look forward to serving you with your real estate needs as I have served my country.
